Shipping
Where does OOLA ship?
We ship worldwide.
Shipping is free within the United Kingdom (all UK countries) and Europe.
For destinations outside the UK and Europe, shipping costs £4.
If you cannot select your country at checkout, feel free to contact us.
How long until my order is shipped?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 working days.
As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the United Kingdom and Europe.
All other international destinations have a £4 delivery fee.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to return items in new, unused condition.
Before returning anything, please contact us at support@oola-uk.com so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@oola-uk.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
We’ll reply with the return steps and the correct address or label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, refunds are processed within up to 7 working days.
We stay in close contact by email throughout the process so you always know what to expect.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide and short fit notes.
If you’re between two sizes:
- choose the smaller size for a sharper, more tailored look
- choose the larger size for a more relaxed, easy fit
You can always contact us for personalised sizing help.
What if the size I ordered isn’t right?
You’re welcome to return the item within 30 days if it’s still in new, unworn condition.
We do encourage choosing the right size when possible, both for fit and comfort, and to help reduce unnecessary environmental impact through extra shipping and returns.
If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us for advice before ordering.

Are taxes and duties included in the price?
Yes. All taxes and duties are included in the prices shown on our website, for all countries worldwide.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as secure options such as Apple Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed using trusted, encrypted providers.
Materials & Care
What kind of materials do you use?
We choose honest, comfortable materials designed for everyday wear — such as cotton, wool blends, and carefully selected synthetics for durability and stretch.
We’re continuously working to improve our sourcing and sustainability practices. Like many brands, this is an ongoing worldwide challenge, but we’re committed to steady progress and full transparency.
How should I care for my OOLA pieces?
Care instructions are listed on both the garment label and the product page.
In general:
- wash on a gentle, low-temperature cycle
- avoid heavy tumble drying
- reshape knits while drying and store them folded
Proper care helps your pieces stay looking their best.
Sustainability
What does “one tree for every £100 spent” mean?
For every £100 you spend with OOLA, we plant one tree through our reforestation partners.
These projects restore ecosystems, support biodiversity, and absorb CO₂ over time.

We design intentionally: timeless pieces, fewer collections, and higher quality.

Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we can usually help.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
If it has already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives.
I made a mistake with my address, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately with your correct address and order number.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it for you.
